  • What currency are your products in?

    All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

  • Does the price include sales tax?

    Australian customers: all prices include 10% GST. International customers: prices are GST-free. Customers in the US and Canada will have applicable local taxes calculated and added at checkout. For specific tax invoicing requirements, please contact us. (See Contact Us page)

  • How do I make a bulk purchase for my organisation?

    Please contact us directly and we can help you with your organisation's needs.

  • Can you provide an invoice or receipt for my purchase?

    Once your order is processed, you should receive the receipt for your purchase. You can also access all your order receipts from your user account when you are logged in. Simply go to: My Account > Order History.
